July 2023 - The Hanlon Team was absolutely outstanding! Sean met with us and walked us through the process of preparing our home for market. May 2023 - Sean Hanlon gave us amazing service. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with his service. As an older couple who have lived in the same house for close to 39 years he was patient and explained the many processes to us. It took us awhile to find our new house and he communicated often sending us new and appropriate listings. Sean has extensive expertise in the both our selling (Mississauga) and buying (Waterdown) neighborhoods. As part of his service he provided us with an expert stager and photographer. The stager gave us many ideas to make our house more sellable. The photographer took incredible still and drone photos. From these photos Sean provide us with lovely flyers of our home for potential buyers and had an open house on a very rainy day. He paid for a home inspection on our home and was very knowledgeable on which items needed to be addressed in order for our home to sell quickly. He has exceptional negotiation skills and was able to negotiate a very satisfactory price on the house we purchased. We bought first which made selling our house quickly extremely important to us. Although the time line for getting our house on the market was not ideal for Sean he made it happen and got the house sold for us in 3 days. Sean did an exceptional job for our family and I would highly recommend him.

Anyone looking for a great realtor team to work with can hit that call button right away With the pandemic and the frustrating bidding wars, we went through a lot of offers that got turned down, and even more properties we visited but didn't make an offer. The area we were looking to move to was not close to GTA either, and it was a few weekend road trips for us and Lisa :). It was a stressful few weeks and Lisa was very quick in getting the visits set up while working out the timings so that we can visit multiple properties on the same day. March 2021 - Buying and selling a house is an extremely stressful process. No real estate agent will completely remove that stress but Sean and the Hanlon Team made it so much more enjoyable, removing stress whenever possible. We initially interviewed a handful of agents (as should you!). Most of them were very professional but Sean stood out as the better fit for us. After working with Sean for a few months and completing the purchase and sale of our house, we are 100% convinced that we found the person for the job. December 2020 - We worked with Sean for almost a year to find the right starter home at the right price. He was very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions, viewed homes and pondered about making offers. We had a long list of wants and needs so we used the Collab site he suggested to monitor what piqued our interest and asked him to pre-review any homes we considered viewing. He never made it seem like we were asking silly questions and always gave us a timely and detailed response. He always greeted us personally and allowed us to take as long as we needed with anything! April 2020 We had the pleasure of meeting Lisa at a showing last year. At that time, we had just started our search and were not in any rush to purchase a home. We initially began working with another agent and when we decided to part ways with this agent, we thought back to that first meeting with Lisa and recalled how helpful and professional we experienced her in that brief encounter, so we reached out to her and we are so happy that we did. March 2020 - A few years ago, Shirley from The Hanlon Team knocked at our door letting us know of their services and signed us up for their newsletter. February 2020 - When I decided to sell my home I was referred to Shirley Hanlon. I didn't believe listing in mid December was a good idea but she proved me wrong. April 2019 - When a penthouse condo unit in our building was sold at an unprecedented price a few years ago, we filed the name “The Hanlon Team, of Keller Williams Real Estate” for future reference. When the time came to sell our condo, there was no question as to whom we would contact. We contacted their agent, Trina Earle, who was successful in selling one of the condo units in the building this past January when the market was slow. And what a wonderful experience it was! December 2018 - My partner and I recently purchased our first home under the guidance of Sean and the Hanlon Real Estate Team. Sean always maintained a professional and personable demeanor. He was an effective communicator and we were always able to get a hold of him through text messages or phone calls, at any time of the day or night. He provided gave us guidance and provided us with his professional opinion when we requested it, and his experience was essential throughout the negotiation process. They were able to connect us with a mortgage broker and lawyer who we could trust to help us complete the home buying process in a seamless manner. March 2017 -When we decided to sell our home after 34 years, The Hanlon Team came highly recommended by friends. It was the Best Decision we ever made. February 2017 - I can’t say enough about The Hanlon Team. I am writing this on behalf of my mother who has decided to downsize.
