Shirley Hanlon

 Shirley joined the real estate industry in 1988. Over the last 34 years she dedicated her time and effort to her clients and her community which has now resulted in her being one of the top team leads within Keller Williams Real Estate Associates. Shirley is often looked to by her peers for her knowledge, expertise and her ability to manage client relationships. Shirley’s leadership emanates through the team's commitment, camaraderie and a strong philosophy that valuing relationships is first and foremost.

It is more than a real estate transaction, Shirley has made a difference in her Erin Mills Community, always incorporating a way to give back and sharing success. She has been a proud supporter of minor hockey, The Streetsville Bread and Honey Road Races and Family Fun Run, The Sun Rype TRi KiDS triathlon series, KW Cares, the Mississauga Humane Society, The Salvation Army and Eden Food For Change.

PETER SCARCELLA

Coming from an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering background and after years of working in the industry, Peter decided to take a leap and go into real estate working alongside his mom since 2003. Peter joined the Hanlon Team in the summer of 2018 after having gained an exceptional amount of experience over the years. Peter’s strong interpersonal skills, especially his ability to listen, motivate and lead others makes him not only a great realtor but a great asset to have on the team. His trusting and caring nature provides instant comfort to his clients. Peter pays extreme attention to detail always going above and beyond for his clients and his customer care skills never go unnoticed.

Work life balance is extremely important to Peter, as a husband and proud father of two kids. Peter has coached his sons hockey team and traveled throughout Canada and the US to support his daughter as she won championships as a competitive dancer (he can do a mean Ballet bun).

An avid sports fan, Peter is passionate about Hockey and Baseball. He enjoys barbecuing and gardening and grows everything from tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, green beans...just call him “Farmer Pete”. Always the life of the party, Peter loves entertaining and planning dinner parties with his wife Paula!

Trina Earle

Trina joined the Hanlon Team in the fall of 2014. Prior to this, she has demonstrated success working on her own and within a team environment since 2003. Trina brings a wealth of experience in terms of market knowledge and people skills. She listens to her clients to determine their needs and expectations to find solutions that work. A dedicated mother with three active kids, she enjoys balancing her time with family and working with her clients and their real estate needs. A resident of South Mississauga, she has a broad range of market knowledge in her own neighborhood and surrounding areas. Given her tenure in the industry and her commitment to client satisfaction, she takes pride in helping clients with their first home and then with their subsequent purchases as their needs change over time. Given this, she services all of Mississauga and areas beyond. "When a good client entrusts you with the responsibility of helping them find a home, I don't think twice about doing the extra leg work involved." Trina has considerable experience working with clients in the GTA and Simcoe Regions. When not out helping her clients, Trina loves to take part in many athletic pursuits. she has a keen passion for hockey in the winter months and enjoys water skiing in the summer months.

Dorothy Guerra

Dorothy has been an entrepreneur in Mississauga for over 25 years. She started her career as a paralegal and worked in the private wealth management industry before opening three yoga studios in the GTA. She decided to pursue her real estate career in order to compliment her client relationships. She helps people with their two biggest life goals - health and wealth. She is a worldwide published author and an active role model in the community, volunteering with various charities. In 2016 she was selected as a contestant in Mississauga's highly regarded Dancing with the Stars for Community Foundation, competing with some of Mississauga's prominent leaders. For fun Dorothy is an avid golfer, curler and paddleboarder.
 

Sean Hanlon

Sean, the third Hanlon to enter the real estate business, joined The Hanlon Team in the Spring of 2015, after completing his degree in Sport Management at Brock University. He learnt the business from the inside out, doing database management, marketing, & social media for The Hanlon Team. Sean quickly did the licensing courses and transitioned into being a realtor. Sean has grown up in a real estate family, and always had a passion for business, which made this career selection a no brainer.

Sean takes pride in helping people find their dream homes, as well as helping first time buyers navigate the fast paced market. Sean constantly stays up to date with real estate news & sale prices to ensure he can provide the best possible service for his clients. Sean's knowledge of social media & online marketing has helped transform The Hanlon Team's online marketing plan into a lead generation model that leads to busy open houses, high numbers of showings on our listings, and record breaking sold prices.

Sean also has a passion for real estate investing and he purchased his first investment property at the age of 22. He sees the opportunity to build long term passive income through real estate, and encourages his friends & clients to consider real estate as a vital component of their investment plans.

Sean loves staying fit & healthy and is either at the gym or playing a variety of sports, including his favourites: Hockey & Badminton.

Pamela Duggan

Following a successful 15 year career in the Airline Industry, Pamela decided to take on a new challenge and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2011. With her unique blend of customer service talents and experience, Pamela quickly realized that she was well suited for this dynamic industry. Her outgoing character, passion for people interaction and her eye for detail are some of the attributes that she draws on when dealing with various clients, colleagues and service providers.

In February of 2014, Pamela embraced the opportunity to join The Hanlon Real Estate Team and Keller Williams Realty Solutions as the team's new Client Care Manager.

As an integral member of a very busy team, Pamela's primary role is to ensure sure that things run smoothly and seamlessly behind the scenes. She is poised and passionate about reducing the stress of buying and selling a home by meticulously ensuring that the many details are looked after. Her in-house communication, project and client management skills are a welcome asset to a growing team.

Pamela lives with her blended family in Etobicoke and is the proud Mom of four and enjoys spending time at the barn with the youngest member of the family, Nicole. Pamela truly enjoys the simple things in life and the things that make house a home...friends and family.

Andrew Burke

Andrew joined The Hanlon Team in July of 2018. Before that he studied theatre performance at Humber College and pursued acting for the last 7 years. Andrew has always been passionate about the real estate business and the Hanlons were his families’ realtors for the last 27 years. Due to the leadership and mentoring provided by Stephen, Shirley and the team it was a great fit for Andrew to start his career. Having the training and market knowledge is just the beginning but where Andrew really thrives in his ability to connect with people and create and build long term relationships.

Outside of the office Andrew enjoys playing hockey and soccer which he has played since he was 4 years old. Recent sports he has taken up include wakeboarding and snowboarding. He enjoys weekends at his family cottage and is an avid motorcyclist.

Lisa Hildred

Lisa joined the Hanlon team in 2018 after deciding that her passion for real estate and helping people should become her full time career. Lisa previously worked in the legal and accounting fields for the past 20 years. Her analytical skills from those fields are helping her to guide her clients during the decision making process. Reducing what can become a very stressful time to a series of options and choices in line with their goals.

She is a proud wife and mother of two kids who were actively involved in various sports throughout their lives and are now starting their own careers. She is a long-time resident of Erin Mills, having lived there for over 25 years and knows the area well. Lisa enjoys spending time walking with her dog and her interests include curling, golf, yoga and a great wine tour.

Shauna Van Bendegem

Shauna joined the Hanlon team in 2021. She completed her degree in Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2015, and pursued a career in the insurance industry where she gained a passion for client care. She grew up with a strong interest in real estate and purchased her first property in her mid 20's. Her other passion includes meeting and connecting with new people. With her strong customer care and problem solving skills, she determined that she could put her two passions together and be a huge asset in helping people navigate the biggest purchase of their lives.

Shauna has been an Erin Mills resident her entire life and knows the area inside out. Outside of the office Shauna enjoys being outdoors, whether she is going on a hike with her dog Gryffin, or relaxing at the beach. She also enjoys playing sports such as soccer or volleyball and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Stephen Hanlon

Watching Shirley hit the ground running, Stephen also got licensed in 1988. New to Mississauga, he quickly drew on his knowledge of the condo market having bought and sold several while working in the fitness industry. Times were tough in the early 90’s. Rates were high, prices were falling and the economy wasn’t the best. His Broker told him that this was the best market to learn in. “Once you understood how things work in a down cycle you are prepared for anything”.

Adding his Broker designation in 1993, he was fortunate to speak on several “Top Producer” panels. Happy to share his success with his peers he was able to learn from some of the very best in the business. “Over time the number of homes you sell becomes a distant second to how well you can service your clients needs”. Those satisfied clients are the life blood of any long term success. A referral from a past client remains the highest compliment you can get. Clients, friends & neighbours that pass along our name are trusting you to deliver results. Over the past 5 years 93% of our business comes from past and referred clients.

But life is not all about Real Estate for Stephen. A cancer survivor, he knows full well that being in and enjoying the moment are oh so important. Coaching minor hockey for various ages and organizations over the past two decades allow him the opportunity to help others enjoy Canada’s great game. Having run the Boston Marathon and completed Ironman Florida along with dozens of other road races and triathlons, he understands about setting goals and reaching out of your comfort zone to make things happen. As the voice of Sun Rype TRiKiDS triathlon series, he cherishes his role as the race announcer for thousands of kids 3-15 year of age. “Calling out their names as they complete their swim, bike and run and hit the finish line feeling like a champ ...well all I can say is you have got to be there. I promise you goose bumps.” A proud supporter of KW Cares and happy to be sponsoring, yet again, his favorite local race the Streetsville Bread and Honey 15K,5K & 1K runs.
